Here are my (Beardoh) JMT 2018 journals. This was my second JMT thru-hike and fourth time through this area (2 other times while on PCT thru-hikes). I was very fortunate to have outstanding weather at the end of September.
I did this hike alone while SweetPea visited some family. The High Sierra of California is probably my favorite place on earth. I have a commitment to hike in them at least every other year. If you hike, you owe it to yourself to hike thru on the JMT.
